Ewa Grenda, M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Warsaw University of Technology), the owner of the Company, provides advice and guidance to help businesses and individuals protect intellectual property, both in Poland and abroad in compliance with Polish and international regulations.

The aim of the Company is to offer professional assistance in securing optimum protection of client’s intellectual property, especially inventions, industrial designs, utility models and trademarks, maintenance and defence of the rights in proceedings before Polish Patent Office (UP RP), European Patent Office (EPO), European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO), under Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) as well as in administrative and civil law procedures.

The Company services include preparing of the necessary documentation (preceded by analysis of patentability / registrability), application, grant, registration, maintenance (incl. monitoring and payment of official fees), appeal, cancellation, invalidation and issues related to infringement of clients’ rights as well as licenses and other forms of authorisation to exploit an intellectual property right.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

During the last over 10 years Ewa Grenda, appointed as professional representative of domestic and foreign enterprises, prepared documentation and filed in Poland and abroad over hundred inventions, utility models and designs, and over half a thousand trademarks; nearly all of them got protection. Over 600 validations of European patents have been filed by her with Polish Patent Office since 2004

Ewa Grenda successfully represented clients in over hundred cases before Polish Patent Office and national courts both in administrative procedure (invalidation, lapse of a right) as well as civil law procedure (unfair competition, infringement of a right).
